handy location friendly staff
the location is handy. i found the staff friendly. the room was clean. also it was near public transportation. i liked that the price was reasonable.
my room faced the street. the noise was a bit much. i heard every car that passed. this impacted my sleep.

A restful Getaway
attentive reception vending machines social areas
i enjoyed my stay. reception was always attended. there were vending machines available for snacks. the building seemed maintained really well, both inside and outside. the social areas downstairs felt inviting. i also appreciated the well-equipped toilet facilities attached to my room, a pleasant surprise. it REALLY contributed to my sense of ease.
the lack of a fan IN my room was a problem. it was VERY hot . i could not close the windows. the noise from the road was bothersome when i opened them. the bed also was not comfortable.

reception personnel provided support. a staff member went out of their way to accommodate my request for a lower bed due to a leg injury. this act of kindness made all THE difference.

The reception staff offered quick assistance at check-in. The room included fresh towels and toiletries upon arrival. I used the on-site laundry facilities, and they worked efficiently. The bar area provided a selection of drinks and snacks.
The elevator seemed a little slow at times.
